I’ve trained since I was 15; competed in rugby and rowing; served in the military, undergoing the numerous 'beastings'; lifted heavy; lifted light; and run 5K’s, 10K’s, half marathons, all the way through to a marathon, and the one thing I’ve learnt through it all…
